Alright so this week I’m going to give you the most loving smack down that I can. In this weeks episode we talk about life design and here’s the real deal on how to cut the crap out of your life…
I get a lot of emails from women and moms saying, “Susie I’m so busy or I’m so overwhelmed or I just can’t figure out how to earn more money for my family or get to that next level in business…” and the truth is that I want to flip the spotlight around and I want to focus on you.
I want to ask you, “What are you doing to cut the crap out of your life?”
Here’s what I mean by crap:
- TV
- Gossip magazines
- Pointless social media
- Events that you don’t want to go to
- Anything you’re signed up that you don’t actually want to
- Stuff that doesn’t serve the life that you’re trying to create now!
If you’re all about freedom, if you’re all about building your online business… then for crying out loud put some hustle into it and cut the crap.
Now this takes a lot of self-discipline. I get it. Sometimes we just want to do something that is fun. You just want to relax enjoy and not use your brain too much.
I get in those modes too, so I know the feeling. And I do believe in self-care and pampering yourself.
I’m believer in a monthly massage or spa day that’s going to rejuvenate you and get you feeling refreshed. I do believe in these things but cutting the crap is still a must do. Watch this episode and share what you’re going to cut out of your life. And get in touch to learn more.
You inspire my dreams in so many ways! Thank you for your talent and passion!
Marci! Thanks for stopping by, looking forward to our coaching session 🙂
Congratulations on having the courage and persistence to value your time. Great videos.
The Best,
Alex Mendoza
Hi Alex! Thanks for the compliment 🙂
It’s true, if you want to focus on growth and pursuing a business, then the hours in the day have to become assets that have priorities. Thank you for the reminder.
Yes, its’ true we all have 24 hours – but we all spend them in different ways. You can take control 🙂
